### What is your address?

The Great Escape Burgemeester Drijbersingel 19 8021 DA Zwolle, the Netherlands We are a twenty-five-minute walk from Zwolle railway station.

### How can I contact you?

You can reach us by phone on 038 202 2646, on weekdays between 9:00 and 14:00. At weekends, on public holidays and during holiday periods our availability depends on staffing. By email we are always reachable at info@thegreatescape.nl.

### Where can I park?

You can park at the Diezerpoort car park. It is a 3-minute walk from our location and we reimburse the first hour on presentation of your ticket (€1.20 per hour). Outside the car park opening hours parking is free.

### Are you wheelchair accessible?

We offer a wheelchair-accessible escape room: The Lost Package is wheelchair-friendly and can be played in full with one wheelchair. Unfortunately our other rooms are not suitable for a wheelchair. Our outdoor experiences are 80% wheelchair-friendly. Important: we do not have a wheelchair-accessible toilet at our location.

### Can I join if I have difficulty walking?

Is someone in your team unsteady on their feet? The Lost Package is perfectly playable when someone moves less easily. For other rooms, get in touch with us to discuss the options.

### Can I go to the toilet during the game?

Please visit the restroom before your adventure begins. It would be a shame to break the immersive atmosphere by interrupting the game. Please note, we do not have an accessible toilet.

### Can the rooms also be played in English?

One of our experiences can be played in English: The Boobytrap. Our other escape rooms and all outdoor games are played in Dutch. The stories, clues and puzzles are in Dutch. ## Reservations & bookings

### How can I make a reservation?

Our thrilling escape rooms can only be played with a reservation. Secure your spot by booking online through our website! Is your desired date today, or does it seem unavailable in our system? Don't hesitate to get in touch with us!

### How can I pay?

We do not accept cash at our location. You pay for the experience online while making your reservation; drinks and snacks on site can be paid by card.

### What does an escape room cost?

Prices vary per room and group size. Check the current prices on the page of each escape room or in the booking system.

### How many people can play?

Our escape rooms are suitable for groups of 2 to 7 people per room, depending on the room. For larger groups, you can book multiple rooms simultaneously — indoors, a maximum of 40 people can play at once, and we welcome up to 150 people per day. Add our outdoor games, and even larger groups can play simultaneously: part of the group heads into town while the rest plays indoors.

### What time should I arrive?

For the escape rooms, we ask everyone to arrive fifteen minutes in advance. This is also stated in the confirmation email you receive after booking.

### I haven't received a confirmation email, what now?

First, check your spam folder. If you still can't find the email, please get in touch with us. The confirmation email holds all the vital instructions for your thrilling escape!

### Are the rooms suitable for children's parties?

Yes. For children's parties, we offer two special adventures: Kids - The Lost Package (60 minutes) and Kids - The Boobytrap (75 minutes). The Lost Package is suitable from age 8 and The Boobytrap from age 10, for 3 to 8 children, and includes their own host who plays along in character, plus lemonade and crisps. Prefer a regular escape room? Then check the minimum age per room: The Lost Package from age 8 and The Boobytrap from age 10, The Courtroom and The Mission from age 14, The Deal from age 17.

## Food and drinks

### Do you have your own bar and kitchen?

Fancy a drink and a bite after your escape? In our very own bar, Het OM, we serve up the most delicious drinks and even our own brewed specialty beers. We also have various snacks on the menu to keep your energy up!

### Which restaurants in Zwolle do you work with?

Besides our own bar Het OM, our packages involve several restaurants in the centre of Zwolle: • De Belgische Keizer, Melkmarkt 58 (750 m walk) • De Buik van Parijs, Willemskade 6 (1.7 km walk)

### Can I bring my own food or drinks?

Bringing your own food and drinks is not allowed. In our own bar Het OM you can order the most common drinks, and we serve sharing boards, nachos and hot bar snacks.

## The Game & Safety

### What if I am claustrophobic?

An escape room may not sound like a good idea if you are claustrophobic, but plenty of people take on the challenge anyway. Remember that you are never truly locked in — every room can be opened immediately with an emergency button. Want to talk it through? Get in touch and we can leave a door slightly ajar.

### What if I have poor eyesight or anxiety?

If you wear glasses, we recommend bringing them. If you have night blindness, we can provide torches on request. Do you experience panic attacks or trauma? Let our staff know beforehand — they will look for a suitable solution together with you.

### Is an escape room dangerous?

The game is exciting and mysterious, but certainly not dangerous. There is always a member of staff present who keeps watch through the cameras. In The Deal and The Courtroom we work with differences in height and some form of climbing is required. In The Deal, The Mission and The Lost Package you will need to crawl short distances.
