Our chef prepares your BBQ live on the spot. Slow Smoked Pulled Pork, BBQ Beef Burger, Country Style Spare-ribs, and Hot Smoked Salmon: all fresh from the grill. Includes a drinks package with our own brewed specialty beer, wine, soft drinks, and hot beverages. The ultimate evening for larger company outings and parties.
Our BBQ with Live Cooking is our most comprehensive package, designed for large company parties, anniversaries, and staff outings in Zwolle for 30 people or more. From the moment you arrive, our chef will be crafting a Real American BBQ on our terrace, while you play an escape room or outdoor game. Afterwards, you'll gather for an extensive live cooking experience featuring classics from the smoker — an evening your guests will be talking about for a long time to come.
Reservations are made seamlessly through The Great Escape, so you'll have one dedicated contact person for the entire program: escape, BBQ, drinks, and the concluding reception. Everything takes place at our own location in Zwolle's city center, meaning no logistics with external caterers or venue rentals — just one evening, one place, one bill.
