    Booking a day out should never start with the question "will I even be able to get in?". Yet that is exactly what many wheelchair users run into. We believe everyone should be able to escape: together, in the same room, playing the same game with the same tension. That is why we designed The Lost Package so a wheelchair is not an obstacle.

    The Lost Package is wheelchair-friendly

    In The Lost Package you step into the story of a confused postman who has lost valuable packages. It is up to you to find them before time runs out. The room is fully wheelchair-friendly:

    • Step-free access — you roll straight in, without obstacles.
    • Room to turn — there is enough clear floor space to manoeuvre, even with the whole group inside.
    • Puzzles and actions within reach — everything you need to grab, turn, open or solve can be reached while seated.

    Playing a full part, not watching from the side

    To us, accessible means more than "being able to get in". A wheelchair user is not left watching from the sidelines while the rest solves the game. You can reach the puzzles yourself, discover things yourself and force the breakthrough the whole team is waiting for. Exactly how an escape room should be: you need each other and everyone contributes.

    Our game masters follow every game live via cameras and microphones. They see how you are doing and give a hint the moment you get stuck. And if you ever want to step outside: the door can always be opened.
