For which outings are you requesting a quote?
We create a customized proposal for every group program at The Great Escape in Zwolle. Think of a company outing or team building day, a meeting with an active component, a family day, a bachelor party, or a group outing for up to 150 people. Even if you don't yet know which format suits you best, you can simply submit your request: we will then suggest what works for your group size and duration.
The building blocks are always the same: our escape rooms, the outdoor games through the city center of Zwolle and the food and drinks from our Escape Café. We combine these into one program within a single quote, so you don't have to deal with separate reservations and multiple suppliers.
How the request process works
- You fill in the form with your details, the date you have in mind, and the number of people.
- We check if that date and group size can be scheduled and propose a program: which rooms or games, in what order, with what catering included.
- You will receive a no-obligation proposal within 1 working day, including the price per component, so you can make adjustments yourself.
- Doesn't it quite fit? We'll adjust it. Only when you give your approval will we finalize the times.
What helps us create a good proposal quickly
The more concrete your request, the sharper our proposal. If you know them, include: the number of people (or a range), the date and desired time, how many hours you have available, and whether food is required. Also good to mention: whether the group mainly wants to collaborate or compete against each other, and if there are participants with limited mobility or a language preference — some of our experiences can also be played in English or German.
Don't know the exact number yet? Please provide a range. We will prepare the proposal so that it adapts to the final group size, and we will indicate until when we can hold the times for you.
Practical
Everything takes place at our location at Burgemeester Drijbersingel 19 in Zwolle, on the edge of the city center. We reimburse the first hour of parking.
