Will you escape with us?

Looking for a fun part-time job in hospitality in Zwolle, but want something a bit different from a standard café? For The Great Escape's Escape Café, we're looking for a new colleague!

The Escape Café is a place where creativity and hospitality come together. Here, you don't just work in any café. New stories are constantly unfolding around you. Groups arrive full of anticipation and an hour later they're back at the bar, reliving and discussing what on earth just happened.

And you're right in the middle of it all.

What will you do?

You'll welcome guests, work behind the bar, prepare drinks, and assist with receptions, barbecues, and other special arrangements.

For us, hospitality is more than just putting something on the table. You easily connect with people, sense what a group needs, and ensure their outing truly begins the moment they walk in. Sometimes, it can even be a bit crazier or more surprising. You don't have to be an actor, but it's great if you can immerse yourself a little in the world of The Great Escape.

What do we ask for?

We're primarily looking for someone who loves working with people. You're enthusiastic, not afraid to get your hands dirty, and can spot what needs to be done yourself.

Hospitality experience is a plus, but not a requirement. We find hospitality and personality at least as important.

Many of our guests come in the evening and on weekends, so it's great if you're regularly available during those times.
