Have you been working in hospitality for a while and still love the profession, but are you ready for a different twist?

Maybe you don't need to leave hospitality. Maybe you just need a different place.

For the Escape Café of The Great Escape in Zwolle, we are looking for a independent hospitality employee for approximately 16 to 28 hours per week.

The Escape Café is a place where creativity and hospitality converge. It's the beating heart of The Great Escape. Here you feel the energy just before a story begins, and here groups reunite afterward. Full of tales, debates, and usually the conviction that, with five more minutes, they surely would have made it. And you'll be right in the middle of it all.

What will you do?

As an independent hospitality employee, you'll be part of the Escape Café. You:

• welcome groups and work behind the bar
• arrange drinks, barbecues, and packages
• ensure everything is ready when a large group arrives
• maintain an overview when things suddenly get busy
• pick up on things that are almost out
• help new colleagues get started

And if after a few weeks you think: "why do we actually do it this way?", we'd love to hear it. We're not big on: that's just how we do things.

What do we ask for?

You already have some hospitality experience and know what it's like when multiple things happen at once. You find it pleasant to independently to be able to work and take on responsibility. You don't have to be a manager, but you should be someone who sees what needs to be done and then does it. And if things suddenly explode? Then we'll tackle it together, of course.

Evenings and weekends are part of our work. We prefer to be clear about that.
